 Candle Safety Tips:
Remember to remove all decorations off of candles before burning..which includes any homespun fabric decor, rosehips and cinnamon sticks embellishments should not be near flames. Any cellophane and jute string, tags should be kept away from flames.
. Keep wick centered & trimmed to 1/4" to prevent smoking & soot build up, wick mushrooming. Keep out of drafts.
Burn only in a suitable holder away from any flammable materials.
For best results it is recommended to burn candles 1 hour for each inch of it's diameter. This allows the flame time to melt the wax to the outer edge. Burning less time will cause the candle to core burn down the middle & shorten burn time. Our chubs have a 2 1/2-3 inch diameter so should be burned for 2-3 hours at a time to get the maximum burn time for that grubby.
Keep candles out of reach from children and pets!
To prevent dripping & contain wax pool, hand form top edges in towards center while wax is still warm and pliable. This is also referred to as "hugging" your candle:)
Any excess drippings break up and use in your melt burners.
Do not move candle while burning or if wax is hot. Keep out of reach of children & pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
