Country Passion is a small home-based business out of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. WAHM owned and operated by Missy Strong. Country Passion which started as my own personal website outlet in June 1999..turned web design business and online promotions business..turned into Country Passion Ac-scents September 2000, as I chose to dedicate all my site to my creative side and true love of creating handmade primitive candles.
ABOUT THE WEBSITE
I am my own webdesigner, I write my own html and create my layout design off of good ole notepad program. Please respect my copyrights. I am in no means a graphic artist. All graphics used at Country Passion have either been registered or custom made exclusive for Country Passion, they are NOT public domain. Graphic credits are given respectively at the bottom of each page. Thank you Grace, Susie and Mel for your talent.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Products are added via our shopping cart,24-7. By each item you will see a "buy me" button, by a simple click, this is how items are added to your virtual shopping cart. There is a drop down box on almost all products..so be sure to specify scent when applicable. Checkout in cart never includes shipping cost. After completion of putting in your order, you will recieve an automated reciept email of your order. Usually within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you will recieve your total with shipping in your personal "PAYMENT CONFIRMATION" email from me.
SALES TAX..
I am required to collect a 7.917% sales tax to all Oklahoma residents.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS..
Every candle you see on this site is handcreated by me. Because of the nature of "grubby" candles, no two are alike, which makes this type of candle very unique. My candles are made with the best quality paraffin wax with our own recipe of additives to assure a sturdy and great scent throw candle! I sample all of my oils, the finest NONdiluted oils are used in my candles, and each chubby candle is scented throughout and not just on the outside! These same oils are used undiluted in our rosehip fixins and ragballs as well! We use 100% lead-free safe wicks. I have chosen a safe cotton core braided wick for my candle line. My candles arrive to you individually hand cellophane wrapped, complete with Country Passion hangtag!

Country Passion/Country Passion Ac-scents respects your privacy, any information collected from you will be used solely for the purpose of your order with us. The information provided will not be sold or redistributed in any way.
PAYMENT METHODS..
Presently we accept MASTERCARD and VISA. We also accept online credit card payments or e-checks through PayPal. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the Paypal payment option, you MUST be already registered with Paypal. If your email comes up as a non-registered member, your order will be pending til you register, which will delay your order. E-checks through Paypal must clear before order is shipped which is usually 3-4 business days. We no longer accept Money orders or personal checks, NO exceptions! Credit card payments are processed within 24-48 hrs of order with shipping costs. Credit card order cancellations are charged a $30 chargeback fee. Paypal payment requests are sent within 24 hours of your order and are expected to be paid within 72 hours.
SHIPPING..
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.00. Restrictions that apply: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses are required to be shipped via USPS Priority Insured. Due to USPS rates your shipping may exceed the $7.00. Your rate will be based on exact weight of packaged box.
You will recieve a shipment confirmation via email. UPS Shipping rates includes insurance and a tracking number which will be sent to you via email after your order has been shipped. As an appreciation, I offer FREE shipping via UPS Ground for RETAIL orders over $100 in Continental US only.
NOTE:If package is returned due to wrong address given by customer, customer is responsible for additional charges for reshipping.
INSURANCE..
Shipping rates include insurance on every order. Do not accept damaged goods from carriers. All orders leave our hands in excellent condition. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to delivery carriers. Receiving customer is resposible for filing damage claims with the delivery carrier.
INTERNATIONAL AND APO..
Sorry I do not accept International Orders at this time. We will ship to APO addresses..shipping is made via USPS Priority and customer is required to pay an added insurance fee of 1.30 for every $50 insured.
SPECIAL NOTE..
I have very high standards how my candles are presented and sold. Reselling our products online which includes ebay is STRICTLY prohibited without special permission. Any questions please contact me.
