For your convenience I decided to create this page for your own convenience to answer any questions you may have. Country Passion Ac-scents is a small "home" based business in Oklahoma. Because I am homebased my exact home address is not posted anywhere on this site for privacy and security reasons. Sorry no fax orders are available. Because of my constant change in my line and scents I do not have a catalog available. YES WE WHOLESALE.. If you are interested in a wholesale price list I will be happy to send you more info, you simply just need to fill out my short request form CLICK HERE FOR wholesale info page. HOW DO I ORDER??? Items are added via shopping cart. By each item you will se a "buy me" button. This is how products are added to the cart. There is a drop down box on almost all products..to specify which scent you want. When you check out in the cart. You will be given a total WITHOUT shipping, only so exact shipping can be calculated when I confirm back with your order. If PayPal option is checked, you will then be asked for your PayPal email address and you will recieve a money request within 24 hours of your order with your total due with shipping. If Credit Card payment is checked. We accept MASTERCARD and VISA only. Be assured your info is collected over a SSL SECURED SERVER. Option to purchase Insurance will also be available. On top of the automated email confimation you will recieve after youplace your order you will also get a confirmation from me within 24 hours. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS Each and every one of my chubbys are uniquely created by me. I use only the best quality paraffin wax with just the right blend of additives to assure a great scent throw candle and sturdy and clean burning candle. I sample all of my oils, the finest NONdiluted oils are used in my grubbys, and each grubby is scented throughout the whole candle and not just on the outside! These same oils are used undiluted in our rosehips and ragballs as well. I use only cotton braided wicks in all my chubbys. All primitive rosehip mixes are handblended by me. Although I dont have photos of my products packaged, please know that each and every chubby or other product you order will come individually wrapped in cellophane (with the exception of our candle pans and other accessories), tied with jute and our own scent label/tag. So, if you are shopping for gifts be assured our products are always packaged with love and gift-ready! I take great pride in creating my chubbys. I wont sell it if I wouldnt want to buy it myself! MINIMUM ORDER Effective September 5, 2001 a minimum order of $20 is now in effect. Noted: Jan. 1, 2001 due to wholesale demand the $20 minimum on retail orders will remain until further notice..thanks! Gift Certificates Yes we offer our own Country Passion Gift Certificates. If you recieved a gift certificate..be sure to read on the certificate on how to redeem it. If you want to purchase a gift certificate for someone be sure to read all the info on the gift certificate page before ordering. We do NOT stock these meltpots, we are only a distributor..they are made to order by the crafter herself and shipped directly from her in Cabot, Pennsylvania. If you have specific questions about them feel free to email me and I will direct you to her if needed. GIFTS We often by request of the customer will happily send your order to whomever as a gift. We also get orders from secret sister/pals programs to send to your buddy. I can also enclose a gift card free of charge and is personalized to your needs. If your order needs to be a gift..you can include this in the comments section in the cart..or just simply email me. PAYMENTS Presently we accept MASTERCARD and VISA. We also accept online credit card payments or e-checks through PayPal. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the Paypal payment option, you MUST be already registered with Paypal. If your email comes up as a non-registered member, your order will be pending til you register, which will delay your order. E-checks through Paypal must clear before order is shipped which is usually 3-4 business days. We no longer accept Money orders or personal checks, NO exceptions! Credit card payments are processed within 24-48 hrs of order with shipping costs. Credit card order cancellations are charged a $30 chargeback fee. Paypal payment requests are sent within 24 hours of your order and are expected to be paid within 72 hours. I DONT LIKE USING MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE Anyone not comfortable giving thier credit card info online, simple email me at: missy send me your name, phone number, best day and time of day (include location for timezone difference) to call and I can take your order and payment info directly. I am located in Oklahoma (Central Zone) SHIPPING Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping cost start at $7.00 and go up according to weight of your order. You will recieve a shipment confirmation via email. Shipping rate includes a tracking number which will be sent to you via email after your order has been shipped. As an appreciation, I offer FREE shipping via UPS Ground for RETAIL orders over $100 in Continental US only. INSURANCE Shipping rates include insurance on every order. Do not accept damaged goods from carriers. All orders leave our hands in excellent condition. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to delivery carriers. Receiving customer is resposible for filing damage claims with the delivery carrier. DELIVERY TIME Normal Turn around time is anywhere from 2 days to up to a week FROM PAYMENT DATE. Your exact shipping date will be given with your Payment confirmation email. UPS Ground Shipments take anywhere from 2 days up to a week depending on your location from Oklahoma. Shipping during holiday months (September-December) shipping turnaround will be noted on our front index pages and updated as much as possible so you are aware. INTERNATIONAL AND APO ORDERS Sorry I do NOT accept any International Orders at this time.
